Aider – a Nordic competence house for accounting and advisory services


Aider is a modern Nordic competence house within accounting, finance and advisory services. We were founded in Norway in 2019 with one clear ambition: to make finance easier to manage and to create real value in everyday business operations.


Since then, we’ve grown quickly across several countries. Today, Aider consists of more than 1,300 employees across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Poland — and we continue to expand. In 2025, we opened our first offices in Denmark as part of our Nordic expansion.


We work with businesses across industries and sizes — from smaller companies to established SMEs and larger organisations. At Aider, professional expertise, technology and practical advice go hand in hand, so you get solutions that fit both day‑to‑day work and long‑term goals.

In just a few years, Aider grew from a local company into a nationwide competence house, driven by simplification, strong expertise and forward‑looking solutions.
