Andreas and Knut both have extensive experience in building and leading knowledge-based businesses

Before becoming CEO of Aider, Andreas led BDO Norway’s accounting division and was part of the firm’s national leadership team. During that period, the business grew from NOK 20 million to NOK 400 million in revenue. He also led the establishment of Telenor’s global shared service centre, with nearly 500 employees across three countries.


Knut previously served as CEO of PwC Norway and played a key role in the development of BDO Norway as Deputy CEO. He later founded Ascender, a specialised consultancy within executive search and management assessment.


Knut has also applied his leadership and team experience in a number of international climbing expeditions — including reaching the summit of Mount Everest in 2011.
